Hi! I’m Cristina! A working professional by day and voracious reader and blogger by night, I live on the gorgeous West Coast with my bookish boyfriend and my legion of cats. I have an addiction to all things young adult, critical discussions, Sprinkles cupcakes, and anything that involves glitter. I’m a Slytherin hiding in a Ravenclaw mind. The only thing that rivals my overflowing bookshelves is my overflowing closet. When I’m not reading, you can usually find me at a Disney theme park or a book festival.
I graduated summa cum laude in 2014 with a B.A. in English Literature and Religious Studies, and my passion for reading and learning has extended past graduation. As a result, I started this blog my senior year of college as a way to organize my thoughts and share how much I love to critically think about and discuss YA books. I’ve been blogging for over two years now, and have only grown to love and thrive in the incredible book blogging community.
This blog is my effort to provide critical, thought provoking content and have intelligent and respectful dialogue about young adult literature. Here you’ll find book reviews, recommendations, fun features, and investigative analysis of YA novels and occasionally adult and middle grade as well.
